We’re a specialist training provider for first aid, fire safety, pre-hospital care, mental health and manual handling qualifications and courses. Plus, we offer internal quality assurance (IQA) services for approved training centres.
High-quality training and services
Our training ranges from basic awareness courses to specialist qualifications in areas such as first aid at work, mental health first aid and first response emergency care. Learners will gain invaluable skills they can use in the home or workplace and for dealing with infants and children.
Based in Coventry in the West Midlands, we deliver our courses wherever we’re needed in the UK. We can come to your premises if you have suitable facilities, and we also offer open training courses at high-quality venues around the UK. Our training and qualifications will help ensure you fulfil your health and safety responsibilities or expand your skills.
And if you run an approved training centre that needs support with its internal quality assurance strategy, we can help ensure you’re compliant with the requirements set out by qualification regulators.

Who we are
Eden Custom Training was launched by our managing directors, brothers Sacha and Wayne Quinney, who started the business in 2008. Since then, we’ve built a network of highly competent trainers across the UK.

Sacha Quinney
Director of Training
Sacha worked for more than 30 years in the fire and rescue sector, across a range of operational and management roles. And he is now our Director of Training.
Sacha is enthusiastic about supporting people to successfully achieve their personal and professional goals. That’s why he dedicates his time to offering a professional learning and consultancy experience for organisations and individuals.

Wayne Quinney
Director & Company Accountant
Wayne has a financial background, having qualified with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) in 1992. Starting at Dunlop Engineering, he gained experience across the engineering, manufacturing and service sectors.
As our Director and Company Accountant, Wayne helps our clients to find the most suitable training for their needs, and also manages the company’s finances. Since co-founding the business, he’s acquired vast knowledge, experience and understanding of various sectors while supporting clients across the UK.
Certification
We use regulated qualifications for our training wherever possible. We’re approved by Qualsafe Awards (QA), an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual to provide regulated qualifications.
Receiving a regulated qualification means you can rest assured about the quality, quantity and subject matter of your training. We undergo an intensive process of internal and external quality control to ensure our training is of the highest standard.
Many bodies may ask to see your certification, such as the HSE, Ofqual, any trade body associations and/or your insurance company. Having a regulated qualification means your certificate is instantly recognised and accepted without the need for you to complete any due diligence process.
Where a regulated qualification doesn’t exist for your chosen topic, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance listing the topics covered.
